Equal Footing Institute of Law & Strategy was created to provide individuals with knowledge, strategy, and structured tools to better understand and navigate complex legal systems, including constitutional law and court procedures. The organization focuses on consulting, education, and document preparation services designed to help people organize their case, understand procedural issues, and develop effective CPS defense strategies. Through education and strategic consulting on federal civil rights, Equal Footing aims to help individuals approach legal challenges with clarity, preparation, and structure.

The mission of the Equal Footing Institute of Law & Strategy is to educate individuals about legal processes, including constitutional law, court procedures, and strategic documentation such as CPS defense strategies. This knowledge empowers individuals to approach their situations with greater awareness and preparation. 

The goal is not simply to react to legal issues but to understand the structure of the system, including federal civil rights, and respond with organization and strategy.

The Equal Footing Institute of Law & Strategy was founded by Ellis Raspberry after years of personal research, education, and real-world experience studying legal systems and procedural processes, particularly in the area of constitutional law. For over five years, Ellis has dedicated himself to understanding how courts, administrative agencies, and legal procedures operate, with a focus on court procedures and CPS defense strategies. Much of the early foundation for this work was influenced by teachings within the Moorish community, which encouraged deeper exploration into law, history, and individual rights. Through countless hours of research, study, and real-world application, Ellis developed structured strategies for understanding court procedures, documentation, and federal civil rights protections. What began as personal study eventually evolved into a larger mission: creating a place where individuals could learn, share knowledge, and receive structured consulting support when navigating difficult legal situations.

Step 1 – Case Submission: Individuals submit information about their situation for initial review, including aspects related to constitutional law. Step 2 – Case Review: The situation is evaluated to determine the appropriate consulting service or document support needed, including guidance on court procedures. Step 3 – Strategic Development: Consulting services and document preparation are provided based on the selected package or service, which may include CPS defense strategies. Step 4 – Implementation Guidance: Clients receive guidance on how the documents or strategies are intended to be used, ensuring they understand their federal civil rights.
